About Me
I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Political Science at Virginia Tech. I received a Ph.D. in Politics and Social Policy from Princeton University and a B.A. in Government and Sociology from Cornell University. In 2022, I was a Fulbright Fellow in Brazil.
My research focuses on electoral politics and policy implementation in Latin America. My book project examines the conditions under which local governments pursue public works — and when those projects are actually delivered.
I have presented my work at the annual conferences of the American Political Science Association, the Latin American Studies Association, and the Political Economy of Latin America Consortium.
